Non-Regulated Corporate Finance
Structuring, coordination and assistance in commercial, industrial, corporate, real estate and investment transactions, including commercial introduction activities, institutional networking and support in the search for investors, industrial or financial partners.
Trade & Intermediation

FINMA Exclusion Clause
The Company does not carry out activities subject to FINMA authorization, nor banking activities, deposit-taking from the public, discretionary asset management, regulated securities intermediation or reserved financial advisory. Any activity subject to specific authorization will be carried out only upon obtaining the necessary licenses.
General Operating Clause
The Company may carry out all commercial, industrial, economic, movable-property, real estate and financial transactions directly or indirectly connected with its corporate purpose, or apt to further its attainment, in Switzerland and abroad.
